At Prizm Nexus-6, all orders are shipped free worldwide.

Every piece is produced on demand through our fulfillment partner, Printful. This allows us to avoid excess inventory and reduce unnecessary waste while continuing to release small-run collections intentionally and sustainably.


Processing Times

Most orders are processed within:

2–5 business days

Once your order has been produced, it will be shipped immediately.

During new releases, holidays, or high-volume periods, fulfillment times may be slightly longer.

Please note that international shipping times can vary depending on customs processing and local postal services.


Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

International Orders & Customs

International customers may be responsible for customs fees, import duties, VAT, or taxes required by their country.

Prizm Nexus-6 is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost, delayed, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
