At Prizm Nexus-6, every item is produced on demand in partnership with Printful. Because each piece is made specifically for your order, we do not accept general returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, buyer’s remorse, or change-of-mind purchases.

Please review product descriptions, sizing information, and color selections carefully before placing your order.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives:

  • damaged
  • misprinted
  • defective
  • or incorrect

please contact us within:

14 days of delivery

Include:

  • your order number
  • a description of the issue
  • clear photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we will work with Printful to resolve the issue through a replacement or refund when appropriate.


Sizing & Fit

Because all items are made-to-order, we cannot offer exchanges for sizing issues.

We strongly recommend reviewing the sizing charts provided on each product page before ordering.

Shipping Issues

Prizm Nexus-6 is not responsible for:

  • delays caused by carriers or customs
  • packages sent to incorrectly entered addresses
  • lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

However, if an issue occurs, contact us and we will do our best to help.


Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within a short window before production begins.

Once an order enters fulfillment, it cannot be canceled or modified.


Sustainability

All products are produced in small runs through on-demand fulfillment rather than mass manufacturing. This model helps reduce waste and unnecessary overproduction.
