Will I receive tracking information?

Yes.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because all products are made-to-order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• incorrect sizing
• buyer’s remorse
• change-of-mind purchases

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll help resolve the issue.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

• a description of the issue
• clear photos of the item and packaging

We’ll work with Printful to arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Orders may only be canceled or modified before production begins.

Once an order enters fulfillment, changes can no longer be made.
